Technical Support at the Academy
All questions for the Tech Team should be sent to academytechleadership@gmail.com.
Once the email has been received, the question is forwarded to the Tech Team member who is best suited to address the issue.
To allow us to address your concern as quickly as possible, please include as much detail about your problem as you can - include any error messages you are seeing or relevant screen captures. This information will help us to find a solution for you as quickly as possible.
The Tech Team does not have a phone number - all requests should be emailed to academytechleadership@gmail.com

As a 100% volunteer organization, tech help is provided on a best-efforts basis. Requests are assigned in rotation to Tech Team leadership members as they come in to academytechleadership@gmail.com.
Typically we can help with testing a members’s presentation using Zoom Shared Screen and assisting with questions related to presentations using PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides.
Often we will point you to self-help tutorials available in YouTube.
We can also provide help with other technology issues and will attempt to provide answers to the best of our abilities.
While the Tech Team will reply to your email as quickly possible, an immediate reply may not be practical.
