2021 / 2022 Registration is now closed. The Workshop Registration Process for 2022 / 2023 begins in April 2022

- Registration must be done through our online process. Registrations are not accepted by mail.

What You need To Know Before You Register....
Fees
While payment is processed through PayPal, you do not need to have a PayPal account; you can scroll down the page to find the option to pay using a credit card through the PayPal portal. Check out Tips for Using PayPal for the answers to some frequently asked questions about the payment process.
What Does My Membership Fee Cover?
The membership fee entitles you to register for up to three workshops for the full academic year, with a possible opportunity to register in a fourth workshop after July 4 if space permits. Your membership fee also covers the Forums, the Spring Talks, and the Academy Walks. There may be a small additional charge for some of the social events.
Any Changes
Changes to your workshop selections may be made by emailing the Membership Committee Chair.
Confirmations
You will hear from Registration by email if there are problems with the workshops you select. Otherwise, confirmations will be emailed in June.
New Member?
Three spaces in each workshop will be reserved for new members until June 15. After that date, any available spaces will be allocated to those on the waiting lists.
Over-subscribed Workshops
In June, the names of applicants for any over-subscribed workshops will be randomized. This allows for an equitable distribution of applicants to determine membership in the workshop and a waitlist sequence.
Wait-listed?
If you are wait-listed, you will be contacted to see whether you wish to remain on that waitlist or would rather choose another workshop. Registrations received after randomization for over-subscribed workshops will be added to the end of the waitlist.
Cancelled Workshops
A minimum number of five participants is required for a workshop to proceed. Applicants will be contacted before the beginning of the semester if their workshop does not meet that minimum number.

March 20, 2022 - Workshop descriptions and Two-Weeks-At-A-Glance posted
April 1, 2022 - Online registration begins
June 14, 2022 - Deadline for registration prior to randomization
June 15, 2022 - Workshop randomisation begins
June 22-27, 2022 - Workshop confirmations sent to members by email
July 4, 2022 - Option to register in fourth workshop opens
January 31, 2023 - Registration for 2022 / 2023 closes
