Meet: Old Mill Subway; the route proceeds south along the west side of the Humber River, mainly along paved parkland (although there is a short stretch through a residential area), to the shore of Lake Ontario and continues west along the shoreline.

Lunch: Eden Trattoria on Marine Parade Drive (indoor/outdoor seating and views of the lake)
